Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be in original packaging

Refunds

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds

Return Shipping

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
